Return Policy — Seal & Style

At Sello y Estilo, we want every purchase to be a satisfying experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we have the following return policy:


1. Timeframe for requesting a return

Customers have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase (in-store) or receipt of the order (online purchases) to request a return or exchange.


2. Garment condition

For a return to be accepted, the garment must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be unused: it must not show signs of having been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Retain the original tag as delivered.
  • Be in its original packaging in good condition.

Returns will not be accepted for garments that do not meet these conditions.


3. Resolution options

Once the return has been verified and approved, the customer can choose between the following options:

  • Money refund: will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Product exchange: for another size, color, or item of equal or greater value (covering the difference).
  • Store credit: valid for future purchases, both in-store and online.

4. Return process

Physical store: Come to any of our stores within the specified timeframe with the garment in the described conditions. Our team will verify the item's condition and process your request immediately.

Online store: Contact us through our customer service channels with your order number and the reason for the return. Once the request is approved, we will inform you of the process for shipping the garment. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in cases of our error or a defective product.


5. Items not subject to return

Returns do not apply in the following cases:

  • Promotional or clearance items (unless factory defect).
  • Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
  • Garments that do not meet the conditions indicated in point 2.

6. Defective products

If you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover shipping costs and offer a priority solution.
